How do I know where my order is?

We inform you that we do everything to meet our delivery times. However, we apologize if your order has not yet arrived.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, here are the steps to follow below this menu.

All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to track the progress of your package. In addition, you can track your orders by logging into the TRACK or Order Tracking links on your store page and add the order number you wish to track.

Order number: Allows you to trace your package from the last four digits of your order number associated with your email address.
Example : Order number #XX 1234 .

Tracking number: Allows you to trace your package via your postal tracking number which is made up of a series of numbers and letters.

If the tracking link does not provide any information, please wait for the estimated delivery date. There may be a problem updating the tracking link, but don't panic, it will be updated by the carrier ASAP.

NeedyMindSet Estimated Delivery Time is our forecast of when an order can be delivered to you. The DEL is the sum of the estimated processing and shipping times:

estimated processing + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time (DEL)

Our average delivery time is 3 to 7 working days in normal times to process an order.

Please wait until this date for your order to be delivered to you. Remember, that the estimated delivery time being an estimate, it is not a guarantee. You may receive the order after the DEL due to technical, logistical or delivery failure reasons.

That being said, we will do our best to meet our delivery schedule. If you ever haven't received the order and the DEL is gone, please allow a few more days and check the tracking link . Contact us ( sav@needymindset.com ) and we'll check the status of your order and tell you how to proceed.

- Check on your account that the delivery address and that your contact details are correct.

- Check with your neighbors or the caretaker of your building to make sure they have not picked up the package in your absence.

- Check out of sight places where your package might have been left by the carrier (behind a garbage can, on the terrace or under the porch).

- Find out from anyone residing at the same address; namely the members of your family, your roommates...

If your order still hasn't arrived after a few days, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us no later than 30 days after delivery of your order and we will look into your case.

Shipping times are estimates that do not include the time needed to account for processing your products. Order processing times can vary between 24 to 48 hours to prepare and ship your package.

The ordered product is sent by the postal circuit, either by the classic method of Mail Preparation and Distribution Platforms (PPDC) or by Industrial Mail Platforms (PIC) to the delivery address you have indicated. .

    If you have indicated your telephone number, when ordering, the delivery person will try to contact you

    If you are not present when the parcel is delivered, the delivery person will try to entrust it to a neighbor or to the concierge or caretaker of the building. If no one is able to collect the package, the delivery person will leave you a note explaining how to arrange a new delivery or identifying the nearest drop-off point where you can collect your package.

    We are aware of the importance for you to receive your order quickly, especially if you have ordered a product for a special occasion.

    Please note that if part of your order is shipped from a warehouse other than the one usually serving your country, this part of your order may have a longer delivery time.

    We want to provide our customers with a wide range of products, especially when out of stock or in high demand. This is why it is possible to ship some very popular products from a warehouse located abroad rather than from a warehouse that serves your country. This information will be clearly displayed on the product detail page and Order Tracking page, giving you an idea of ​​delivery time by telling you where your items will be shipped from.
