What is your return policy ?

Return times for Christmas

We have extended our returns deadlines for the Christmas 2022 period. Orders placed until December 24, 2022 can be returned to us until January 24, 2023 for a refund.
Any order placed after December 24, 2022 will be subject to our return policy .

You can return items free of charge as long as they are still in their original condition, as long as you follow the guidelines below which include a clause on correct use . These rules do not affect your rights.

Once your order has been delivered to your home or to your delivery point, from the next day, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days (28 days are offered for the DOM-TOM*), without justification, nor payment of penalties on your part, to return any unwanted item to us. Remember that the return period begins the day after delivery by our partner, and not when you pick up your order. This is especially important if your order is being delivered to a remote location.

If you request a refund for an item within the timeframes mentioned above but cannot return it to us for any reason, please contact us . However, any refund will be at our discretion.

After the corresponding return period has elapsed, we do not accept returns of unwanted items. If you try to return something, we may have to send it back to you at the wrong delivery address and ask you to pay the delivery costs.

For hygienic reasons, some items cannot be returned. The buyer's right to refund or exchange is only valid for items that are unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.

Examples of items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain personal care products
  • Products that cannot by nature be reshipped
  • Earrings and piercings, if the package is opened or if they have been worn
  • Swimsuits and underwear without their hygienic protective band

Of course , you can try on an item like in a store, but don't wear it. We will not be able to refund you if the item you return to us is damaged, used or in poor condition and cannot be returned; we may need to ship it back to your address (and ask you to bear the shipping cost). Upon return, each item is examined. For a full refund, all returned items must be unworn or unused and must be sent in the same condition as when you first received it, with original packaging and all accompanying documentation.

Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact customer service and express their willingness to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receipt, providing a photo of the item. The withdrawal request will be subject to an evaluation to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return!

We are not responsible for items returned to us in error (it happens!). If you would like these returned to you, we may ask you to bear the cost of delivery.

We may be required to deactivate a customer's account and all associated accounts if we notice an unusual pattern of returns, if we suspect that a customer is carrying the items ordered and then returning them to the store. to obtain a refund, that he/she overorders and returns items or if we find that he/she is returning items that are not what he/she would have ordered, we may have to deactivate their account and all associated accounts.

If your account has been deactivated and you really need to make a return, you will have to pay the return costs.

Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against the customer who returns items that he/she did not order.

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size or color you will need to return the item to us and place a new order.

In an effort to save tons of paper, NeedyMindSet ™ has switched to an email return request system. The return label is sent to you automatically if we approve the return request. Return shipping information is included.

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e), of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted for goods made to your consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

We do our best to provide you with a refund within 15 calendar days of receiving the returned item in our warehouse.

Payment by credit/debit card : your payment provider will reserve the funds for us. The amount may appear on your bank statement as "pending".

Payment by Paypal : funds are reserved for payment. You will notice a pre-authorization transaction on your account.

For customers residing in the DOM-TOM , if you return an item within 28 days of delivery to your home or to a relay point for reimbursement, we will credit your account in full to the payment method you used to place the order. . We will send you a NEEDYMINDSET gift card for the amount of the item purchase price if you return an item for a refund between 29 and 45 days after it was delivered to your home, return location or collection point.

Sure ! Is your right to return an item the same whether you paid with a check or another form of payment?

If your order was fully processed using a gift card, the refund will be credited to your account and allow you to place another order immediately.

Yes ! You can return multiple items from different orders to us in the same package.

Remember, the return process does not change even if the item you want to return was shipped from a different warehouse than the one normally serving your country.

Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Only regular priced items as listed at face value period may be refunded.

The return address for your item is by default that of our partner warehouse and supplier , and is based on the place where your package was processed or a nearby region. You will find the return address on the delivery note that you will increasingly receive by email.
