Something wrong with your order


We prepare, pack and process your order as soon as it is confirmed. Thus, it is impossible to modify it if you want to change the size, the color, the delivery address or even the method of payment...

You will however have 60 minutes after confirmation to cancel it in full and by contacting us at sav@needymindset.com

In an effort to resolve any incorrect item issues quickly, we urge you to send any items shipped in error to us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible and get you a refund.

In an effort to save tons of paper, NeedyMindSet™ has switched to an email return request system. The return label is sent to you automatically if we approve the return request. Return shipping information is included.

When you receive your return label, follow the instructions provided.

In addition, to create your return, contact our customer service at sav@needymindset.com to receive the necessary instructions and a return label.

Remember that even if the item was shipped from a different warehouse than the one normally serving your country, you only need to create your return the same way you would for any other item.

Oh yes, it is possible that some packages still contain an order form which also contains the return address to the shipping warehouse.

Have you worn your favorite item one too many times? Please be aware that upon receipt of returns, all items are inspected and those with signs of wear (instead of a defect) may not be fully refunded.

Note that we cannot send replacements for faulty items.

A quick reminder : even if the item was shipped from a different warehouse than the one normally serving your country, you only need to register your return in the same way as you would for any other item.

Since we prepare your order as soon as it is validated, we cannot make any changes to it. It is therefore not possible to change the delivery option, the delivery address or the method chosen for payment.

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e), of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted:

  1. the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore NeedyMindSet™ reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the French language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.

We need a written confirmation of the cancellation from you , contact us using our address dedicated to After Sales Service: sav@needyminndset.com

  • You must contact us at After Sales Service to receive the returns label. You indicate the reason for refusal on the return label, on the delivery note, or the invoice...
  • We try to accept all returns. Returned items must retain the tags but the return packaging need not be the original packaging.
  • If you have already received your order, you will need to return the items you wish to cancel to us. We will explain the procedure to you.
  • Returned items must not have been worn or used and must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon receipt.
  • You can claim the following:
    • Exchange of the product by another similar or
    • Cancellation of the order (with refund of the sums paid)
  • You must pay the direct costs of the return, unless we agree to bear them.
  • You also bear the following costs:
    • Additional delivery costs for the goods if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the delivery method usually offered by our service
    • Fixed and proportional costs of the provision of the service, the execution of which began before the end of the withdrawal period, at the express request of the consumer

If you have canceled an order via "My Account", no amount will be charged for your order. You are only charged once an order has been sent to our warehouse for packing.

No worries ! This remains exceptional even if some items come from different warehouses (shipments may therefore be slightly delayed). Your missing product should not be long!

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us no later than 30 days after delivery of your order and we will look into your case.
