The buyer's right to refund or exchange is only valid for items that are unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.
Other items that may not be returned:
Certain personal care products
Products that cannot by nature be reshipped
The seller must take back an item in the event of delivery that does not comply with the order or is defective.
Notice for EU consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e), of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted:
1. the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized; 2. Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore NeedyMindSet™ reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the French language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.
The consumer must return it in its original packaging, indicating the reason for refusal on the delivery note or invoice and may require the following:
Exchange of the product by another similar or
Cancellation of the order (with refund of the sums paid)
The consumer must pay the direct costs of return, unless the trader agrees to bear them.
The consumer also bears the following costs:
Additional cost of delivery of the goods if he has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the delivery method usually offered by the seller
Fixed and proportional costs of the provision of the service, the execution of which began before the end of the withdrawal period, at the express request of the consumer

The replacement of an item is only made if it is defective or damaged. The request for exchange against the same item must be sent by email to email@example.com .
Where are returns sent?
The return address for your item is by default the one indicated on the order form contained in your parcel and is based on the place (country or neighboring country) where your parcel was processed.
